Smile each and everyday

Make sure to smile each and everyday. Smiling truly helps, even at the worst of times.  Be a carrier of a contagious smile!

Smiling at one point was a known as a sign of fear, but now it's a language that even a baby understands and one thing that enriches those around us.

Monday was an all around good day in sports for Phoenix!  Cardinals bring every fan something to cheer about and the Suns pull another win.  Fans were riled up over Phoenix sports teams last night in every bar.  Cardinals won Monday night football against the 49ers, playing a close game, but staying strong to the last second to win the game!  This win brings the team a step closer toward a division title for the Cardinals.  The Suns also had a close game against the Memphis Grizzlies pulling out a win with a score of 107 to 102.  Both teams played their part in representing the desert!
