*Thirsty Thursday*

~One of the best days of the week!

*The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.*

~Traveling makes me laugh… I traveled today back home to Ohio and I realized that it can be a huge hassle, but it can also be a great way to people watch and experience new things by meeting and talking to new people.

I watched everyone hustle through the long lengthy holiday ticket lines to then race over and wait again in the time-consuming and drawn out security lines, where workers yell the same statements over and over again and some people still aren’t ready when it’s their turn..  CRAZY!

The airport is very dynamic.  There are those who wait to the last minute and then rush to cut everyone because there “plane is leaving in ten minutes,” the others who sit and wait for hours  because they were over prepared, then there is me… I follow the standard hour and a half policy and then get to the gate with a “PHEW I have fifteen minutes to get a snack, magazine, and use the restroom”.

A little word of advice… ship holiday gifts because carrying mine on today was no picnic in the park and if it wasn’t for a few kind people I would have never made it!  The airport is following a strict 1 carry-on and 1 personal item policy so make sure to follow otherwise you will be like me and have to ask people behind you to pretend that it is theirs and hope that they are kind enough to agree.

*Experience, travel-these are as education in themselves*
