*~*Hump Day Wednesday is just about over and it is time to welcome the parties and “Thirsty Thursday.”

*While doing some research on happy hours and spots to drink at in Scottsdale, I compiled quite a good list…
  • Bungalow Bar and Grill has happy hour Mon-Fri from 4 to 7 PM. This bar has a wonderful outside patio where you can watch sports and be part of the in-crowd. The food is very delicious; enjoy $6 appetizers from sliders to fried calamari and $2 domestics or $4 Cosmos.
  • Mickey’s Hangover features ½ off well drinks, beer, and wine. If you miss happy hour then be sure to catch the 2 AM drunk grub. Who doesn’t want to enjoy after hours food and comfy couches after a long night of dancing? This is the best after hours spot! • Pasta Brioni is the perfect spot for a girl’s night! The restaurant features a very steamy staff and even has their own hot men calendar. Happy hour is Thu-Sat from 4:30 to 6:30 PM and Mon-Wed and Sunday from 4:30 to 12 AM! Enjoy half price well drinks, house wines, or domestic draft specials.
  • Looking for a fantastic patio…? Salty Senioritas has a giant patio, daily drink specials like Margarita Mondays, and cheap yummy food. Also enjoy Cinco De Drinko on the 5th of every month!
  • Dos Gringos Scottsdale is a great spot for day drinking. Enjoy happy hour or reverse happy hour with $1 shots, $2 Coronas, $3 “Gringoritas,” and $4 appetizers. M-F 4 to 7 PM or 10 to 2 AM for reverse.

**Start Cinco de Mayo off early with tequila tasting at Barcelona Scottsdale on April 30th from 8-10 PM. Taste new Tequila flavors and listen to mariachi music.

~Be sure to plan ahead for the Cinco de Mayo holiday happening on Tuesday, May 5th. Grab a hotel in the center of all the action, Hotel Indigo Scottsdale. Discover the distinctive shades and unwind in a friendly environment! http://www.scottsdalehiphotel.com/reservations.php

Experience what everyone is talking about…
“Clean, wonderful service and convenient location to all the action.”

“We were able to walk just about everywhere. We also tried their complimentary car service. This was a great perk.”

~*The X-Men Origins: Wolverine world premiere held at Tempe Marketplace on April 27th, 2009 was the event of the season! Stars such as Hugh Jackman, Ryan Reynolds, and Liev Schrieber were all around for the red carpet event. The word on the street is that Hugh Jackman bought Paradise Bakery Café for every person who patiently waited in line! Awe, Hugh!
